The bouquet was very fresh and some of the flowers were buds that haven’t opened yet to extend the enjoyment of the bouquet. The arrangement was as shown in the ad with the same colour variation. I just thought that the vase would have been taller but I guess whatever was available.

I would never recommend using this florist, on the most important romantic day of the year they absolutely ruined it.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a balloon 4 days prior to Valentine's day feeling I had no worries. When the order finally did show up (4:30pm) it was completely unexceptable
