I ordered two plants to be delivered to my neice's at their school for their birthday. I was so excited thinking about how excited they would be to get that special delivery.
Sadly, the driver did not make it to the school on time to get them delivered.
I rec'd a call from the store manager who apologized profusely..offering to have them delivered to the girls at their home.
The delivery was then made promptly.
I am still saddened that my surprise as intended was ruined.
